[hackerspaces] Membership Agreements

Hi all,

First of all KwartzLab (the real name for the Kitchener-Waterloo,
Ontario, Canada hackerspace) just signed a lease!  Yay us!

Second, we're working on our membership agreement, and we're wondering
what others have done.  What sort of things do you cover (other than
follow the rules and be awesome to each other)?  Is yours posted online?
Can I look at it?

Thanks in advance for your help, and sorry I missed the call-in the
other week.  Life ate my Sunday :-(
