[cof-book] public discussion at cof-book? and press, wikistuff

I see some traffic on cof-people with private archives. Is there any reason
for discussion to not be public? Copying public archived cof-book, first
email to that list AFAICT.

p.s. https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q21486039 additional statements and
especially references badly needed. Anyone getting press for the book? I'd
love for it to get enough to pass enwp notability soon. Semi-related to
both, anyone up for uploading a high quality version of the cover image
with adequate description of provenance to make it stick to Wikimedia
Commons? Or just point out high quality version to me and I'll try, along
with importing the sprint photos.
