[BACH] Hello, rebooted Bay Area Consortium of Hackerspaces!

As several Bay Area hackerspaces are cautiously re-opening, it seems like a
good time to start up this network again, so we can share resources and
information.

Let's make this open to California spaces in general -- please go ahead and
join and let us all know about your local maker, hacker, and art spaces!

Also, hi! I'm Lizzard and am part of both Noisebridge and Double Union, in
San Francisco.
