We could probably do a poll of some sort and see what level people are interested in learning at, and set workshops at that point.<div><br></div><div>I find it's easier to give people a general introduction to things, and then point at a more elaborate lesson online. For example, I could explain the basic difference between classical and modern cryptography, and then point them at Dan Boneh's (excellent!) free online cryptography class for the more advanced lessons. </div>
<div><br></div><div>If multiple people are interested in giving talks, we could do a bunch of smaller talks.... 20-30 minutes, giving an introduction to a tool and then demonstrating it. Whatever works, the ultimate goal is to empower anyone who wants to learn.<br>
