[sudoroom] The state of the Pipe Rolls (and of your dues)

As far as I am aware, this does account for money already sent to eddan
(that is, it does not include it as an outstanding debt). The amount still
payable to eddan includes only september rent, our security deposit, and
our last month's rent, and utilities, as detailed in the spreadsheet.
