[SpaceProgram] Spreadsheet for proposal

I think the previous email was talking about Space and HackerSpace with
Space repeating sounding like a mouthfull.  I feel we should keep the word
hackerspace on there.  How about The Global Hackerspace Interstellar
Program or something?
