I added the issue-report-channel field where a space can define a list 
of communication channels where they want to get issue notifications 
sent to. At least one of the values email, twitter, issue-mail and 
twitter must be set.

So there's no need for an endless discussion whether to use 
contact/email or not.

That's why I ask the spaces to update to v0.13 as soon as the validator 
has finished. In the meantime some new fields could be added.

If so, doesn't issue-report-channel replace it?
