Sounds good to me!

I wonder could you just post the link to the workshop somewhere under the list of workshops on the fhb wiki so people can find it even without being on the discuss?

I made a temporary link to the workshop here

http://events.ccc.de/camp/2011/wiki/Workshops_at_FHB_time_not_specified_yet

please move it/edit it as you please.

One more think, do you insist on Thursday 11th? I'm just asking because that is the day of the open party at Food Hacking Base and I've to say that I would rather prefer to have "all hands on deck". In other words it would be cool if you could prepare the dishes which you like but maybe with other food hackers rather than a workshop based event, which I would guess should be kind of more relaxed? I just think it's is going to be really busy day, I think that I'll skip the brewing workshop too ... (at least I think).

Anyway let me know. 13/8 sounds great 10th/12th/14th should be fine, we may be able to do 11th too but it can get crazy.

Sincerely,

Frantisek

PS I've checked the ingredients list and it looks like that we should be fine, just the spaghetti may take some time to find ... Do you have an idea how much ingredients would you need = how much do you want to prepare or would you prefer to adjust it based on the situation?

Hello Everyone

If you have to start something, start a wiki page, so i did!

https://events.ccc.de/camp/2011/wiki/The_starving_hacker

I'm not sure how and when the workshop/s will take place, and if
they will run along with the afternoon shift or will run on
some dedicated area of the kitchen, I really don't mind, unless
both we can  work without disturbing each other.

Spaghetti must be eaten freshly cooked and hot, so we cannot leave
them for lunch or dinner, we need to consume them on the spot.

Other food like bread salad, bruschette and eggs can be kept till
the next meal.

When: probably on Thursday 11th August and I can make another round
on Saturday 13th, this time maybe making some pizza, we will see on
the spot.

I'm sorry to whom is allergic to gluten, but I had to choose this
recipes based on the easy supplying of the Ingredients and the
time to prepare this kind of food.

How it sounds?

Here's some of my preparations:
