[Finance] Introductions?

Hi Everyone,

Matt from Buffalo Lab in the US. Interesting idea for a mailing list,
and since I currently handle most of the finances for our hackerspace
I guess I should participate.

I actually want to recommend Gnucash for book keeping. I haven't
looked at the OO offerings, but been happy with gnucash thus far. Just
wish I could find something that could be accessed over the Internet,
that I actually liked. Also, next project is to find something to
handle membership dues besides a spreadsheet.

We will be starting the quest for 501c3 status in the near future, and
hopefully can use this list as a resource to get help from other
hackerspaces in the US that have already received theirs.

Matt
