<div dir="ltr">1. The Ada Initiative (<a href="http://adainitiative.org/">http://adainitiative.org/</a>) has standard codes of conduct that conferences can adopt. I haven't had a chance to look them over yet, but the resources are already out there.<div>

The PyCon code of conduct described what to do in the case of a violation, and included contact info for the organizers, although it was a little vague as to the specific procedure for contacting them. Having an easily accessible code of conduct that includes contact info and specific steps for reporting inappropriate conduct seems like the right way to go.</div>
