Ok, first of start the terminal application (it is in the finder under applications,
subfolder utilities).

Once it is started, type:

ssh-keygen -t rsa -b 4096

Once that is done, you will find a file /Users/yourname/.ssh/id_rsa.pub, i will need
that file.

Once you give me that file, you can logon as matthias on the server hackerspaces.nl
and upload the files, for eg by issuing:

scp bigfile.mov matthias at hackerspaces.nl:
