The essential proposal is what I outlined below, but the goal is to take a personal approach to describing maker community building rather than a purely technical one. In my blogging I've noticed that readers are much more receptive to personal stories of challenges and triumph than the boilerplate 10 Ways YOU TOO Can Build a Makerspace! sort of approach. Hence the focus on interviews, anecdotes, etc. That said, of course best practices and traps to avoid will be clearly detailed.
