We just need to flip the model around and have makers run the show.  Implement unobtrusive filming solutions so you at least solve the logistics aspect and avoid those pesky Christian Bale-type "you're in my shot!!!" episodes.  Call the show Making It: Beyond Google Glassholes.  Stick it in a 2 AM timeslot.  Golden.
