<div dir="ltr">Just for curiosity, How do you manage that large money quantities, are there people working there as a full-time-member-with-responsabilities or is just plain horizontal between al members?<div><br></div></div>

Kwartzlab's old space was $1300/mo for 2700 square feet, our new
space is $1500/mo for 2400 square feet. Membership dues are
primarily for covering monthly expenses (+ insurance, internet
access, banking fees), which normally works out well.<span class="HOEnZb"><font color="#888888"><br>
