At Makers Local 256 we just use a special page in our wiki in the members only section where we keep up with the major stuff like laser cutters and CNC machines that are on loan vs shop owned stuff, etc.<br><br><div class="gmail_quote">

At RaumZeitLabor we're using PartKeepr (no wonder, I am the developer<br>
:)), but people also use ecDB.net.<br>

I'm not aware of any other non-commercial alternatives.<br>
