On the other hand there is one template Release of Liability Form - that deals with Member, but not a visitor, or a not-adult.</div><div>Are there other liability wavers anyone would care to share? Some people mentioned in another thread they require everyone to sign one as they walk in.</div>

Getting the right description of the space, that fits a box the insurance company can deal with (by offering a policy, not turning you away, or running away themselves), seems to be very important.</div>
