say. And because I feel we need to communicate well I think I should be<br>
able to express myself, but also provide the subtext that the remarks<br>
are aggressive.<br>

way to communicate, and I do think it should be possible vent ones<br>
frustrations, aslong as people are aware that they do and are seen as such.<br>
