I'd like to start by apologizing for this potentially off-topic and<br>
definitely selfish request of mine.<br>

I'm currently in the process of writing my diploma thesis on 'internet<br>
security and the state' in political sciences and I'm on the lookout<br>
for people working in that field.<br>

Now if you happen to work for CERT/CC, that'd be awesome! But even if<br>
you don't, maybe you know someone who works for a governmental<br>
CERT/CSIRT or any other institution that handles internet security and<br>
who'd possibly be willing to answer a couple of questions (by email).<br>

It doesn't have to be the US. France (DCSSI), Germany (BSI), Spain<br>
(CCI/CCN), UK, the Netherlands, etc... I'm happy for every contact you<br>
can spare. ;)<br>
