Yet another hackerspace...<br><br>We are about to create a new hackerspace in the city of Geneva (Switzerland).<br>There is now a group of 10-15 people who are interested in the creation of a hackerspace in Geneva.<br><br>
Until now the communication was mostly based on email, so to meet everyone in person <u>a first meeting will be held on friday october 16th at 7 pm</u> at the café Passagio in the main train station (Cornavin) in Geneva.<br>
<br>The discussion topics:<br>- what are the interests of everyone, what do you want to do in the hackerspace<br>- communication infrastructure (website, wiki, mailing list, other forms of communication)<br>- location of the hackerspace (where, price, dimension, ideas?)<br>
- fees (which possibilities, how much)<br>- finding a name for the hackerspace<br>- finding other members<br><br>If you are interested in participating in the meeting (or in the hackerspace) leave a message via email (in english, french or german) or just come by. If you know someone living in or near Geneva, who might be interested: Spread the word!<br>
