I am out.

I got an inbox full of blatant anti-american bullshit this morning, and a bunch of people who morally object to stopping people from being antagonistic and hostile. I can't deal with that. I hope that at some point this list becomes usable again but, I can't invest any more time in trying to fix it.

By all means enjoy your "discussion". Just recognize how self censoring this list has become. People will continue to unsubscribe from this list as groups of people treat others in a hostile fashion because they disagree with them. If you hate censorship then I cannot understand how it is you can sit here while people are chased from the list one after the next.

But that's your problem to deal with now. Not mine.

Bye.

-Matt

On Fri, May 15, 2009 at 12:40 PM, Joe Bowser <bowserj@uselessdegree.net> wrote:

True. And technically, British Columbia has more American Settlers
than British Settlers due to the gold rush, and didn't join
Confederation until 1872 after it was promised a railroad.

So, yeah, so much for that nationalism, eh? Cascadia Forever????
Now, for something I think is far more fun!

I just saw that Vancouver's mayor dropped off some beer at Chicago
City Hall. I issue a challenge PS:One to obtain some Granville Island
beer from Chicago City Hall. The beer must be photographed in the
hackspace, and must be drank.

For every Granville Island beer that PS:One gets, I'll see that VHS
gets one as well. Let me know if PS:One is up for the challenge. If
you get arrested for stealing said beer, VHS, nor any members of VHS
will be held liable.

(Yes, I am changing the topic. I'm changing the topic to b33r and
potential win!)
