Dear all,

We’re excited to announce that travel funding is now available
(thanks to Comcast) for the RIPE Atlas Interface Hackathon,
to help cover the cost of travel and accommodation for successful applicants.

The hackathon takes place 21-22 May in Copenhagen,
the weekend before the RIPE 72 Meeting:
https://labs.ripe.net/Members/suzanne_taylor_muzzin/ripe-atlas-interface-hackathon

In order to be considered eligible, applicants must meet one of the following
criteria:

- Affiliation with an academic institution (undergraduate and graduate
students, postdocs, professors, researchers)
- Contribute to the development of free and open-source software
- Residents of developing countries
- Employees of non-profit organisations

If you believe you might be eligible for travel funding, please state this
(including the reason why) in the application form.

A limited number of successful applicants will be able to receive funding of
€500, or €1,000 for those from developing countries. The jury will make final
decisions about who will receive funding and how much they will receive.

We're looking for creative thinkers to help us develop new interfaces for RIPE
Atlas - and we can now help cover the cost of travel and accommodation for a
number of successful applicants, thanks to the generous financial support of
our sponsor, Comcast.
