[hackerspaces] Alcohol policies?

Post signs starting that nobody is allowed to use any power tools after
consuming alcohol, and get each and every member to sign a doc to that
effect as well. Enforce some sort of "no drunkenness" rule. On the days
that you host some sort of alcohol serving event, cut power to the tools.

If you do those things, you're still liable as hell. But.. people want
their beer, and sometimes a little social lubrication can be good for some
folks.

There isn't a good answer for this.
