[hackerspaces] Sex Offenders at a 'Space

The social good in a hackerspace can only occur when the community behind
that hackerspace is healthy.  In any disaster situation taking care of your
own health is first and foremost before rendering aid.  The same is true of
organizations.  If an organization is not backed by a healthy community
they are liable to do more harm than good.
