[hackerspaces] help in germany

Hi everybody,

I am from Brazil and my family are creating a rural hackerspace in Minas
Gerais. I have someone in germany right now, and they need to bring us a
mini laser cutter, since that is no mini laser cutters in Brazil and with
all the taxes send them would be really expensive.
I would like to some advices on where to buy, wich one to buy. They will be
also in France, if its help!
