[hackerspaces] A Rocket Flight Opportunity For Code - Project Prometheus of Masten Space Systems

Could we have ONE educational institution that is hacker-friendly and
associate hacker projects with that by default? Say Institute for Astronomy
in Hawaii? Of course, if other projects want to assoc themselves w/ other
insitutions, no problemo
