"If you spot a minority in your space acting in a manner that is dangerous
to themselves and or equipment summon the nearest compatible minority to
interface with them and inform them of the risk.  We have a handy chart
that lets you know which racial and gender mixes are compatible with
which.  Please reference RFC 3514 to learn more."
