[hackerspaces] Show your space at 29C3, without even being in Hamburg

many years ago at internet2 we setup a video wall of many university
labs and locations that agreed to setup a camera and point it at our
wall.  all we needed for this at the time was some custom video
conferencing software and a few laptops and projectors... plus a nice
fat pipe ( internet 2 donated that ).

CCC tends to have a pretty fat pipe.

We might consider proposing setting up something similar.  Maybe for OHM?
