[hackerspaces] Is this a hackerspace?

I think the focus is important. The focus of "hacker hostel" is solely to
train IT developers. It does not exist outside of that purpose. That's not
a hackerspace.

I believe this place should not be on our wiki. I wish them success. I hope
they prosper. I don't think they should be advertising on the hackerspaces
wiki.
