[hackerspaces] Network MEP Code

Hello,

I am currently having the same problem with the same series of blackberry -
it is also VodaFone locked (in Belgium, which should be impossible, since
it was illegal up to a few months to vendor-lock phones over here).

There are numerous crappy websites offering this, so there should be a
free/OSS solution, since those crooks always tend to steal such stuff.
