[hackerspaces] Synchronous Hackathon for December

Cool ideas, I'm for em!

My dream for awhile has been a persistent video wall so you can look
through a "window" into other spaces around the world and say hi. There's a
ustream video matrix which is cool, but always seems to be offline, and I
made a webcam matrix but it's just snapshots updated every few seconds.

With the proliferation of cheap screen-speaker-webcam combos (tablets) this
is sounding more doable but needs software kinda like a google hangout to
make work.

Whether it's something we work on or not, it's still on my todo list :)
