[hackerspaces] Hacker Hostel Berlin during 26C3

Not sure if this helps or not, but I'm getting ready to sign a
contract for lodging for HoaP 3.0.

I've so far negotiated for 30 beds in 6 rooms across the street from
the Warschauer Strasse S-Bahn station. This includes the use of a
group kitchen etc. I could probably get a better deal and the rest of
the building if we wanted to take it all over.

Warschauer Strasse S-Bahn is three stops from Alexanderplatz (Congress
location) and two stops from Jannowitzbrücke (C-Base).

I have to sign the contract today...the price would be 20
EUR/person/night, which INCLUDES the nights of Dec. 31 and Jan. 1.

I can probably do lower if I get more people (i.e. the whole building.)
